TrialNexus provides software-as-a-service for clinical trial data management, including AI agents, integrations, and dashboards. We do not provide regulated medical services and we do not replace your regulatory submissions — you remain the sponsor.
Your responsibilities
You remain accountable for the scientific integrity of your studies, the validity of your submissions, and the accuracy of source data. The agent pipeline is a tool; the work product is yours.
Our responsibilities
We keep the service available, secure, and auditable. We will give you advance notice of material changes. We will not train models on your data.
Termination
You can leave at any time. On request we export your data in open formats (USDM, ODM-XML, Define-XML). We delete it from our systems within 30 days of confirmation.
Limits of liability
Nothing in this site overrides your signed agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement wins. This page is a good-faith summary, not the contract itself.
